🔄 7-Day Warranty & Return Policy

Every product sold on this website carries a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and shipping damage.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos of the item.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund of the product price, once the issue is verified.
  • Return shipping for confirmed defects is covered by us within India; for international orders, we'll agree the simplest resolution with you directly (replacement part, partial refund, or return) rather than an expensive reverse shipment.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect fitment, or normal wear and tear after installation.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or bulk export orders may carry separate terms, confirmed with you in writing before dispatch.

We ship to customers across India and internationally — including the United States, Turkey, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and beyond.

  • Within India: dispatched via trusted courier partners, delivered within 7 business days.
  • International orders: shipped via India Post (International Speed Post) or courier depending on destination, delivered within 12 business days.
  • You'll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility, as is standard for international orders.

A proper GST-compliant invoice is generated and shared with you (by email or WhatsApp) for every order — useful for your own records, customs clearance, or business accounting.
